Christian Employment Life Changing Work

Christian company where you are generously compensated and celebrated. Leave your mean boss and experience life changing work where you can truly make a genuine impact upon people. Live your dreams while working for a Christian employer who values you more than your work.

Working overseas for a Christian organization was the best thing I ever did. The work ethic and values I saw embodied deeply effected my life. An obvious managerial philosophy and style of approach was evident from the time I began work.

My initial experience so deeply impacted me that I began worldwide work for many Christian organizations throughout the globe, until eventually launching my own nonprofit >tax exempt Christian organization to help empower people to live their dreams.

Sadly corporate America rarely takes an interest in its employees, as most companies are all about profits and minimizes expenditures. This certainly doesn't make for a pleasant work environment. Conversely, Christian organizations operate from a different business model. They exist to serve humanity and enhance human life.

The use and abuse philosophy of management which permeates throughout every level of corporate America is outdated and perishing. People are catching on and awaking to the reality that they must guide their own destinies professionally, lest they be taken advantage of endlessly and not be compensated adequately.

When I made the shift and gave myself fully to do my labor of love, life truly began. Of course initially there were transitional struggles, primarily financially, but when I learned how to earn a living overseas while working abroad it all began to beautifully come together.

My big breakthrough came when I started teaching English in Asia. The Orient offers a harmonious working environment in which the concept of community is daily practiced and meaningful relationships are continually nurtured. The business model of companies in Asia are such that they have a 100 year plan. This long term approach leads to mutual respect within the corporation and organizations.
